Shipping

All pieces are handcrafted in Denmark and shipped from my studio.

If the piece is in stock, it will be prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days.

If the piece needs to be made for you, please allow up to 10 working days for creation before it is ready to ship. This time ensures the piece is crafted with the attention and precision it deserves.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

If you need your order for a specific date, feel free to reach out. I will always try to accommodate your timing.

Returns

I accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the piece is:

• unworn

• in its original packaging

• in perfect condition

To request a return, please reach out directly. I prefer to handle each case with attention and care.

Exceptions

Personalised and custom-made pieces cannot be returned or refunded, as they are created uniquely for you.

If a piece arrives damaged or if something feels wrong, please contact me. I will always take responsibility for my craft.

Repairs for wear or accidental damage are possible and may include a small fee. Each situation is reviewed individually.
